Week 10: Why Reflecting Weekly is Important

Here’s what’s not been helping recently:

  • Lack of overall motivation (what’s driving me? why am I doing what I’m doing?). Ultimately, the answer has been: I want to learn, I genuinely want to understand and comprehend the material.
  • Not exercising. It’s preventing me from feeling energized, reflecting, taking time out to just not think. So, I started exercising today and will continue for the rest of the week, every night. I’m also trying to start painting.
  • Not doing my lectures on time. This has just made me lag behind overall. I’m trying to get ahead slightly this weekend and be at the minimum, on track.

School’s almost done. I just need to power through here! This is going to be a shorter post because I’m going to do frequent short updates throughout the week. I’ll come back to this post for overall motivation and progress.

Tomorrow, I will be finishing up, spending my whole day grinding, and being overall focused & in the zone.
